How do I make returns or exchanges?

 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason at all you’re not 100% pleased with your order, please return it to us using the return form and the prepaid return label included in your order. We’ll issue you a full refund—no questions asked.

If you can’t find the original paperwork, just call us at 855-330-2229 (BABY). We’ll be happy to assist.

Can I return a gift?

We understand that not every gift you receive is exactly the right fit for you. You may exchange any gift you received for merchandise credit, or you may apply the dollar value of the gift purchase toward a different item. Please contact us for personal assistance.

What's the status of my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 hour of being placed, and it takes only 1 business day for the orders to head out our doors and on their way to you.

If you're signed in, you can see the status of all your orders by clicking Order History on the My Account section of the website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Hallmark Baby strives for quick turnaround, and orders are typically fulfilled within 1 business day. Personalized items require one additional business day for processing. You may choose from 4 options for shipping your order: Ground, Standard, 2-Day or Overnight. We can ship to valid U.S. Postal Service addresses throughout the United States. Ground is the only method that can ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. boxes. Please see below for estimated delivery times.

Need it there quickly? Order by 2 p.m. Central time for 2-Day and overnight shipping. For example, an overnight order placed at Monday at 1 p.m. Central time will be delivered Tuesday, while an overnight order placed at Monday at 6 p.m. will be delivered Wednesday. Business days don't include holidays and weekends.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to send, we'll email you the tracking number. Get detailed information on the location of your package by clicking the link in your email to go to the shipper's website.

How do I enter a promo code for my order?

Can I get a price adjustment if prices change?

We'll be happy to refund you the difference in price between a purchase you’ve made and any subsequent markdown pricing within 7 calendar days of purchase. Just contact us for personal assistance.

What does your gift box look like?

Your gift will arrive wrapped in bright yellow tissue placed in a quality two piece lidded box, wrapped in a yellow grosgrain ribbon topped off with a card you can personalize with your own message.

To add a gift box, select Gift Box during the checkout process.

Hallmark Baby offers the option of custom gift wrap boxes for nearly any order, complete with a genuine Hallmark card printed with a special message you can create yourself, that we will print and send with the box! It comes assembled and ready to sign and give as a gift!

Hallmark Baby is a wholly owned subsidiary of our parent brand, Hallmark Cards, Inc. For over 7 years, Hallmark Cards, Inc. has brought this wonderful line of children’s clothing and accessories to market overseas through a licensing partnership. In 2013, Hallmark Cards, Inc. decided to make these goods available to the U.S. market as well.

Because Hallmarkbaby.com is a wholly owned, freestanding subsidiary, there are some special considerations you may be curious about. Please see below for answers to common questions about Hallmark Baby, and please know, Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Hallmark Baby are both equally and fully dedicated to you, our customer.   • Hallmark Baby clothing items are available for purchase only on Hallmarkbaby.com.

  • Hallmark Baby clothing items are not sold in Hallmark Gold Crown or other retail stores or on any other online entity.

  • Hallmark Baby clothing items may be returned only through the Hallmarkbaby.com website and supporting customer care center.

  • Hallmark Gold Crown stores and/or any other retail location where Hallmark products are sold do not carry Hallmark Baby clothing items nor can they support customer care needs.
